I think your composition is missing something - you've got that foreground component on the left, but then everything else falls away into background - you're missing mid-ground interest, both tonally, and also structurally; it feels as if you need another 'key asset' on the right to pull our eye backwards into the composition a bit more - to guide us from the foreground to the mid-ground out into the background. You need another building in the mix, and tonally, it needs to be pushed back out of the greyness. Looking very promising though... just needs a bit more structure.
